  In this beginner-friendly workshop\, participants will use stencils and te
 mplates to produce bold\, unique designs while learning the fundamentals of
  the discharge process. Expert instructors will guide participants through 
 each step\, helping them transform dyed fabric into eye-catching textile ar
 t.\nMaterials supplied\nThe subsidized fee includes the use of dye supplies
 \, and stencils. Each participant will be provided with one T-shirt. Partic
 ipants will keep their finished projects. An experienced instructor will gu
