 ow to create multi-coloured patterned designs on fabric. Experienced instru
 ctors will guide participants step-by-step throughout the class.\nMaterials
  supplied\nThe subsidized fee includes the use of tools\, dye supplies\, an
 d sinews. Each participant will be provided with one T-shirt and one meter 
 of cotton. Participants will keep their finished projects. An experienced i
 nstructor will guide each step of the process. T-shirts are available in si
 zes S\, M\, L\, and XL. You get to keep your finished project. Refreshments
