Description

This course teaches participants how to create freehand patterns on fabric. In this workshop, participants will work within a grid structure inspired by iconic Yorùbá textiles such as Ibadan Dun and Olokun to design and transform cloth. They will also cut their own foam stamp for freehand printing, developing greater control of pattern and composition. Guided by expert instructors, participants will build practical skills while creating a unique, finished piece.
