This immersive experience introduces participants to the beauty and richness of artistic traditions in textile dyeing, painting, and craft-making activities inspired by African heritage.

Participants will explore creative techniques in making their own handcrafted projects.  At Dye, Sip and Paint, we provide all materials needed for the various projects. Participants can sip, socialize, unwind, and connect while experiencing the joy of art making in a warm and welcoming environment.

Perfect for birthday parties, bridal showers, girls’ night out, bachelorette parties, fundraisers, corporate events, wedding celebrations, community gatherings, and family reunions, Dye, Sip and Paint transforms every occasion into a colorful and unforgettable creative experience filled with culture and laughter.

Come experience the beauty of art making.  Create lasting memories, make and  keep your own work of art! Dye, Sip and Paint is powered by Adire Shitta LLC

Adire — literally “to tie and dye” — has been practiced by Yoruba women in towns like Abeokuta and Ibadan for over a century. Each technique — Oníkòó, Elékó, Alábéré, Alábééla — carries its own signature of fold, paint, paste and stitch. We started Dye, Sip and Paint because this art belongs to anyone willing to roll up their sleeves and pull something new and beautiful out of color.

"The cloth remembers the hand that made it."

— Yorùbá proverb

We host public workshops, private gatherings and community events — powered by Adire Shitta LLC, our parent maker brand.
