Description

Learn how resist-dyeing can transform plain fabric into something extraordinary in this exciting hands-on workshop. Participants will create a scrunch-effect t-shirt using marbling and tightly bunched fabric techniques to achieve richly textured, full-surface patterns.

Materials supplied

The subsidized fee includes dye supplies, one t-shirt and a yard of cotton for each participant, tying sinews and access to all tools provided for the craft.  You get to keep your finished project. An experienced instructor will guide you through each technical step of the process. T-shirts are available in sizes S, M, L, and XL. Refreshments will be provided.

Duration: 4 hours (10am -2pm)

Eligibility: Open to all adults and children ages 8 and above.
