Description

In this hands-on workshop, participants will create their own geometric patterns using advanced envelope-folding and flat-clamping techniques. The class explores methods for achieving clean, repetitive designs while learning how to apply vibrant dyes to fabric effectively. Guided by expert instructors, participants will gain practical skills and complete a striking patterned piece of their own.

Materials supplied

The subsidized fee includes the use of tools, dye supplies, and sinews. Each participant will be provided with one T-shirt and one meter of cotton. Participants will keep their finished projects. An experienced instructor will guide each step of the process. T-shirts are available in sizes S, M, L, and XL. You get to keep your finished project. Refreshments will be provided.

Duration: 4 hours (10am -2pm)

Eligibility: Open to all adults and children ages 8 and above.
